To begin a return, email hello@natalie-o.com with your order number. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
Exchanges are accepted within the same 14-day window, subject to availability. Contact care@natalie-o.com and we'll arrange it.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the client. All returns must be sent via an insured, trackable shipping method. Natalie O. Fine Jewelry is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit. We recommend retaining your proof of shipment until your refund is confirmed.
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If a piece arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us at hello@natalie-o.com within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including all shipping costs.
